Terms & Conditions €100 Voucher: ALL BOOKING MUST BE MADE THROUGH GOLDEN GOOSE TRAVEL LTD. This voucher is not valid for any booking made directly with tour operators or any other travel agent.
By using the Golden Goose Travel €100 voucher, you accept the terms & conditions detailed below. To Book - Simply choose a European holiday from an ABTA bonded tour operators brochure and follow the numbered steps: 1) Select your holiday from your chosen tour operators brochure or website. 2) Visit www.goldengoodsepromotions.com/euro
and complete the booking form. 3) On receipt of your request we will check the availability and cost of the holiday and confirm to you via email the relevant details. 4) In order for the booking to be made, Golden Goose Travel will require a deposit (as per the tour operators t’s and c’s) or the full balance of the holiday if the departure date is within 8 weeks of when the booking is made. Deposits and balance payments can be made by debit card, credit card (2.5 % charge) or via a bank transfer. 5) Once the booking has been made, the confirmation will be automatically sent to you by e-mail, you must check that your booking details are correct as per your booking request when you receive your confirmation. €100 will be mailed out by post once the full balance of the holiday has been paid. Golden Goose Travel (GGT) is under no circumstances liable for any lost vouchers. Once they are used, the voucher can in NO WAY be refunded or used again. All vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Vouchers are valid until 31/03/2018. After this period the voucher will expire and this is NON NEGOTIABLE. We are unable to extend any vouchers once expired after 31/03/2018. We do not allow same day bookings due to risks with fraudulent activity. Bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of travel. GGT will not be liable for failure to deliver our obligations for any circumstance beyond our control to include, fires, floods, lightening, explosion, terrorism, war, act of god, fog, sickness, mechanical breakdown, utility problems, renovations at your destination, strikes and labour disputes. GGT cannot be held responsible for any damage, illness, costs, accident or injury incurred as a result of an act relating to the tour operator or other supplier. Your booking is also bound by the terms and conditions of the tour operator. Governing Law These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to determine any disputes
